1. Scope & Our Role

Regenerative Treatment Guide is an informational and referral service. We are not a medical provider, clinic, or healthcare practice, and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We help connect individuals seeking information about regenerative medicine with independent, third-party clinics ("Providers") that may offer relevant services.

This Policy explains how we handle information collected through the Site, including our questionnaire/assessment, contact forms, and provider partnership forms. It does not cover the privacy practices of any Provider, advertiser, or third party we do not control.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

  • Contact details: name, email address, telephone number, mailing or home address, and ZIP code.
  • Assessment responses: answers to questions about your condition, pain level, symptom duration, prior imaging, treatment goals, payment preferences, and similar information you choose to share so we can match you with a Provider.
  • Provider/partnership information: if you submit our provider form, your practice name, role, specialty, license/credential details, and related business information.
  • Communications: information you include when you contact us or respond to our messages.

Some assessment responses may relate to your health. We collect this information only because you voluntarily provide it to obtain a referral. Please see the HIPAA Notice below.

Information collected automatically

  • Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies & Tracking).

Information from other sources

We may receive information from advertising and analytics partners, and from Providers regarding the status of a referral, subject to applicable law.

3. How We Use Information

  • To operate the Site and provide our matching/referral service;
  • To connect you with one or more Providers based on your responses and location;
  • To contact you by phone, email, or text message about your inquiry and related services (see Calls, Texts & Marketing Consent);
  • To respond to your questions and provide customer support;
  • To improve, personalize, and secure the Site and measure marketing performance;
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues; and
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Calls, Texts & Marketing Consent

When you submit your information through our assessment or contact forms and provide the related consent, you authorize Regenerative Treatment Guide and the Provider(s) we match you with to contact you at the telephone number you provide โ€” including by automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS/text message โ€” for purposes including scheduling, follow-up, and marketing. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may revoke consent or unsubscribe as described in Your Choices. Calls and messages may be recorded or monitored where permitted by law.

5. How We Share Information

We share information in the following circumstances:

  • With Providers: the information you submit through the assessment is shared with one or more independent clinics/Providers so they can contact you and discuss treatment options. Once shared, the Provider's own privacy practices apply.
  • With service providers: vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, communications, CRM, marketing), under contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • For legal reasons: to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
  • With your direction or consent: when you ask us to share information or otherwise agree.

Depending on your state, sharing your information with Providers and advertising partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. See State Privacy Rights for how to opt out.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Site (including aggregate traffic and on-page behavior such as scroll depth and session recordings), and the Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance. These tools may set cookies and collect device/usage data as described in their own privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through opt-out tools offered by these providers (for example, the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on). Some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

7. Your Choices

  • Email: unsubscribe using the link in our emails.
  • Text messages: reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for help.
  • Calls: ask to be placed on our internal do-not-call list.
  • Cookies/ads: adjust browser settings or use industry opt-out tools.
  • Requests: contact us at the address below to access, correct, or delete your information, subject to law.

8. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with applicable laws), you may have rights to:

  • Know or access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal information;
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising;
  • Limit the use of certain sensitive information; and
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

California residents: you may exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of sale/sharing. To submit a request, contact us using the details in Contact Us. We will verify your request as required by law, and you may use an authorized agent. We do not knowingly sell the personal information of individuals under 16.

9. HIPAA Notice

Regenerative Treatment Guide is generally not a "covered entity" or "business associate" under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA"). Information you submit to us through the Site is typically not "protected health information" under HIPAA while it is held by us. Information you share directly with a Provider, and information the Provider creates about your care, is governed by that Provider's HIPAA obligations and privacy practices. Please review each Provider's notice of privacy practices.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

12. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

13. Third-Party Sites

The Site may link to third-party websites and Providers we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and this Policy does not apply to them.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last updated" date, and material changes will be indicated as required by law. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
